I crave the brisket nachos! Every day has amazing bar specials. I ordered the $5 burger with tots and it was HUGE! It was for my mom but I wanted to steal it for me! This place is great for groups or sitting alone at the bar. I've had some great conversations and made a couple of friends. Love this place.

My fiancee' and I had an awesome time here at Bar America. Being the local American Outlaws chapter bar we came by for the USMNT game on 9/5. The bar was pretty empty, given the early afternoon start, but as we got closer to game time the fun and friendly crowd arrived. The bartenders were attentive and nice throughout. $1 Lonestars on happy hour!! Some pretty decent appetizers on the happy hour menu as well. Great atmosphere for a game and nice local patrons, from our experience. Within walking distance from where we stayed on the Riverwalk, was a little unsure of the type of area we would be walking through but it was pretty empty for it being a weekday afternoon.

Drinks are always good here. Workers are fast and good about everything. The Manager there is pretty cool and makes sure that the customers are taken care of and that everything is good.

Great place to go to have a few drinks with friends!! Good clean and nice atmosphere. Happy hour specials are really good, even the good is good too!! Definitely a place to go check out!!

Everything was awesome had a great time & I even liked when instead of popcorn they put out small snacks in a cup DJ was good the staff place is clean we definatly going back, thanks Kat!

The updates done to an old classic have really turned this place around. The addition of a kitchen, liquor and outdoor seating really make this a place that has something for everybody. New bathrooms are welcomed because the old ones weren't cutting it. Good music, good food and wide selection of craft beer make this a must stop if your near downtown or Southtown.

Bar America is everything you can expect from a vintage atmosphere with a flair of industrial modern. The servers are all great. You can expect to get served just what your in the mood for. If your a pool player the table is ready! The food is great especially the wings.

We celebrated my husband 40th there with about 20 friends, on Fri 11/17/17 Brian ( owner),Michelle ( manager),Christy were efficient, professional, & polite. We ordered the wings all 3 flavors, chips & salsa just to snack ,food was great. Music on Friday night had us all dancing We had a mix of young crowd & older crowd everyone had a great time. Definitely coming back with friends & family for the holidays.

Been coming to BA for years. This place has been almost a right of passage for so many. From Martin to Joe and now to Brian the progression has been like no other. Brian created an atmosphere of both high energy inside and a relaxing vibe outside. Now with the addition of great food and an awsome staff there's no better place to spend time with friends or family, you never know it's easy to end up making both in a place like this.

This place has $1 lonestar tall boys for happy hour. Crazy! When you want to switch it up, they have about 10-15 beers on tap. Their food is also good. Everyone liked the brisket nachos. The only downside is the limited seating in the indoor area.
